FireFlies

Fireflies dance and light up the land.
Communicating over vast distances.
In their search for another how lonely they seem.
They can only cast light on their own two wings.
You’ve always been an angel and I’ve been your firefly,
And I’ve been shining my beacon so lost in the night.
But still she’s gone. It’s all my fault.
And for the last time, I turn off my light.

  1. I love you so much Johnnie. I have been thinking of you constantly and hoping you are in a better place now. I miss you more than I thought possible…
