Your Curse

You’re my blessing and
I’m your curse.
From life to life
And verse rehearsed.
I’ve followed you
For all it’s worth
And torn you from
A sacred birth.
Your luck has gone
From bad to worse.
I’m not a haunting,
I’m your curse.
